Rajya Sabha is NEVER dissolved (permanent body). Only Lok Sabha can be dissolved.
Question Hour = first hour of each session day (11 AM-12 PM)
Zero Hour = after Question Hour (12 PM-1 PM) — Indian innovation, NOT in rules
No-Confidence Motion = only in Lok Sabha, needs 50 MPs, no reason needed
Censure Motion = reasons must be given, can be against one minister
Adjournment Motion = urgent public importance, only Lok Sabha
Calling Attention Motion = Indian innovation (like Zero Hour)
Cut Motions: Disapproval=₹1, Token=₹100, Economy=specific amount
Guillotine = voting without discussion on unfinished demands
Adjournment = temporary break, Prorogation = session end, Dissolution = LS end
